We only ship to the contiguous US (not to Alaska or Hawaii), currently.  We do not ship internationally.

Pepper Spray and Stun Gun Products

Stun guns can't be shipped to anywhere in DC, HI, MA, MI, NJ, NY, RI, IL and WI. They also can't be shipped to the following counties or cities: Newark, Wilmington and New County, DE; Annapolis, Baltimore and Howard County, MD; and Philadelphia, PA.

State laws prohibit shipment of pepper spray to: AK, DC, HI, MA, & NY.  UPS (Ground Service), USPS Parcel Post, USPS First Class Mail are legal, authorized shippers of pepper spray products. Since pepper and defense aerosol sprays are considered a hazardous material by U.S. government agencies, special precautions must be taken to get your order to you safely.

Magazine Restrictions
There are currently no federal restrictions on the sale of high capacity magazines, but several states do have their own restrictions.

    • California: No magazines over 10 rounds, LE OK with credentials.
    • Colorado: No magazines over 15 rounds, LE OK with credentials.
    • Connecticut: No magazines over 15 rounds, LE OK with credentials.
    • District of Columbia: No magazines over 10 rounds, Including LE.
    • Hawaii: No handgun & rifle magazines over 10 rounds.
    • Maryland: No magazines over 10 rounds, Including LE.
    • Massachusetts: No magazines over 10 rounds, LE OK with credentials (Including Retired LE).
    • New Jersey: No magazines over 15 rounds, Including LE.
    • New York: No magazines over 10 rounds, LE OK with credentials.

    Ammo Restrictions:

    You must be 18 or older to purchase shotgun or rifle ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition must be shipped Domestic Ground. Shipping not available for International, DC, and MA residents. Residents of CA, DE, IL, NY and OH, may have additional restrictions. Always make sure you use the correct ammunition for your firearms. Check your state and local laws for any other applicable firearms and ammunition regulations.

    We cannot ship ammunition to the following:

        • Massachusetts
        • District of Columbia
        • Hawaii
        • Alaska
        • P.O. Boxes
        • APO/FPO Addresses
        • International Addresses
        • U.S. Territories
        • U.S. addresses having zip codes beginning with (606, 607, 608)
        • U.S. addresses having zip codes beginning with (100, 101, 102)

    Illinois residents must provide a copy of your valid FOID card and driver's license to purchase ammunition. This is for orders with shipping and/or billing addresses within Illinois.

    Export Policy and Restrictions

    The U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control administer export control regulations that affect some aspects of our business. We request that you (the "Customer") read and familiarize yourself with the following regarding certain applicable export regulations.

    The sale, transfer, transportation, or shipment outside of the U.S. of any product prohibited or restricted for export without complying with U.S. export control laws and regulations, including proper export licensing, documentation or authorization, is strictly prohibited and may result in civil penalties and/or constitute a federal crime. Firestorm Gear, LLC will not engage in any transaction that requires the illegal export of any products and will not assist directly or indirectly with the illegal export or re-export of any products. An accurate Automated Export System (AES) filing must be made, whether or not the exportation requires a license.

    If you wish to purchase an item for ultimate shipment or use outside of the United States, please indicate this fact in your order. Depending on the value of the order, specific item(s), end user, country of ultimate destination and end use,  Several items on our website may require an export license, including, but not limited to, the following:

      Export Policy and Restrictions - Published Policy

      International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR): Some of the item(s) on this website are subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and export is strictly prohibited without authorization or a license issued by the U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. By proceeding with a transaction to purchase any ITAR restricted item(s), the Customer certifies that (i) the purchase does not require Firestorm Gear, LLC to export such items, unless Firestorm Gear, LLC is aware of the export and has obtained the appropriate U.S. Government authorization; (ii) the Customer does not intend to export such items after receipt from Firestorm Gear, LLC without the appropriate U.S. Government export authorization; (iii) the Customer does not intend to export, transfer, sell, or furnish the item to any foreign person, whether abroad or in the U.S., including any Foreign Embassy in the U.S., without the appropriate U.S. Government export authorization; (iv) the Customer understands that a foreign person under the ITAR § 120.16 means "any natural person who is not a lawful permanent resident as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1101(a)(20) or who is not a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3)," and can mean "any foreign corporation, business association, trust, society, or any other entity or group that is not incorporated or organized to do business in the U.S., as well as international organizations, foreign governments, and any agency or subdivisions of government (e.g. diplomatic missions)" (See ITAR § 120.16); (v) the Customer is a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR § 120.15, meaning the Customer is a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1101(a)(20), or is a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3), or is a "corporation, business association, partnership, society, trust, or any other entity, organization or group that is incorporated to do business in the U.S., or is a governmental (federal, state, or local) entity" (See ITAR § 120.15).

      Export Administration Regulations (EAR): Some of the item(s) on this website are subject to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and export may be restricted by the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security. By proceeding with a transaction to purchase any restricted item(s), the Customer certifies that (i) the purchase does not require Firestorm Gear, LLC to export such items, unless Firestorm Gear, LLC is aware of the export and has obtained the appropriate U.S. Government authorization; (ii) the Customer does not intend to export such items after receipt from Firestorm Gear, LLC without the appropriate U.S. Government export authorization.

      Important Export Restrictions Warning!

      (1) Export of some Firestorm Gear, LLC products is strictly prohibited without a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of State, in accordance withInternational Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (22 C.F.R. 120-130) or a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of Commerce, in accordance with theExport Administration Regulations (EAR) (15 C.F.R. 730-774).

      (2) U.S. law prohibits the sale, transfer, or export of items to certain restricted parties, destinations, and embargoed countries, as identified on lists maintained by the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and the U.S. Department of Treasury. It is the responsibility of the Customer to be aware of these lists, which can be found at the following U.S. Government websites. By proceeding with any transaction, the Customer certifies that the Customer will not engage in any unauthorized transaction involving the export of Firestorm Gear, LLC products to any restricted parties or destinations.

      By proceeding with a transaction to purchase any items from Firestorm Gear, LLC, the customer certifies that they will comply with all requirements imposed by all applicable laws, regulations and administrative policies.

      The purchaser of items restricted by state or local laws takes full responsibility for adhering to these laws.  By purchasing any restricted items from Firestorm Gear, LLC, you are releasing all responsibility and legal actions from Firestorm Gear, LLC.

      Firestorm Gear, LLC will, to the best of our ability, cancel any order that does not adhere to state or local laws before shipping restricted items.  However, as laws are constantly changing regarding restricted items, we cannot be held liable for shipping items to restricted areas that are not listed below.  This responsibility rests solely with the purchaser.

       

      Federal Magazine & Ammunition Shipping Restrictions

       

      18 USC § 922

       

      (g) It shall be unlawful for any person—

       

        (1) who has been convicted in any court of, a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year;

       

        (2) who is a fugitive from justice;

       

        (3) who is an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance (as defined in section 102 of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 802));

       

        (4) who has been adjudicated as a mental defective or who has been committed to a mental institution;

       

        (5) who, being an alien—

       

          (A) is illegally or unlawfully in the United States; or

       

          (B) except as provided in subsection (y)(2), has been admitted to the United States under a nonimmigrant visa (as that term is defined in section 101(a)(26) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8U.S.C. 1101 (a)(26)));

       

        (6) who has been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions;

       

        (7) who, having been a citizen of the United States, has renounced his citizenship;

       

        (8) who is subject to a court order that—

       

          (A) was issued after a hearing of which such person received actual notice, and at which such person had an opportunity to participate;

       

          (B) restrains such person from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner of such person or child of such intimate partner or person, or engaging in other conduct that would place an intimate partner in reasonable fear of bodily injury to the partner or child; and

       

          (C)

       

            (i) includes a finding that such person represents a credible threat to the physical safety of such intimate partner or child; or

       

            (ii) by its terms explicitly prohibits the use, attempted use, or threatened use of physical force against such intimate partner or child that would reasonably be expected to cause bodily injury; or

       

        (9) who has been convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence, to ship or transport in interstate or foreign commerce, or possess in or affecting commerce, any firearm or ammunition; or to receive any firearm or ammunition which has been shipped or transported in interstate or foreign commerce.

       

      (n) It shall be unlawful for any person who is under indictment for a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year to ship or transport in interstate or foreign commerce any firearm or ammunition or receive any firearm or ammunition which has been shipped or transported in interstate or foreign commerce.

            • Marin County - CCW card must be faxed / emailed (on file) for ammunition purchase.

      Colorado         

      No ammunition feeding devices over 15 rounds.

      Connecticut    

      For all valid ammunition and magazine purchases one of the following is required:

            • A valid permit to carry a pistol or revolver
            • A valid permit to sell at retail a pistol or revolver
            • A valid eligibility certificate for a pistol or revolver
            • A valid long gun eligibility certificate
            • A valid ammunition certificate and a legal photo ID that shows date of birth and photograph.

      No .50 caliber Armor Piercing or Incendiary ammo.

      For all ammunition purchases a valid firearms license is required.

      Any ammo component such as cases, primers, powder or bullets is considered to be "ammunition" in Washington DC and thus requires a license as well.
